[vtkusers] New Web Pages

Hello,

The VTK web pages have been updated. You can still access them from 
www.kitware.com/vtk.html, but that will redirect you to 
http://public.kitware.com. Although we will probably keep the redirect 
there for quite some time, you should update all your links to the new 
location.

Please look over the web pages and let me know if you see any problems / 
missing information / broken links / etc.
