[vtkusers] Rotations

Hello all!

This may be a simple problem so hopefully someone can help me out.  I'm
trying to get an actor rotating about it's center.  The origin and the
center of the actor are not the same.  I can't set the origin to the center
of the actor, because I need the origin and center to be different in other
methods.  I would assume that I just have to translate the actor center to
the origin but that doesn't seem to be working.  Any suggestions????
