[vtkusers] vtkTkRenderWidget.so

Hi,

I'd like to try the slice viewer application vtkSliceWidget.py written
by David Gobbi. But I don't know how to build vtkTkRenderWidget.so which
is needed as a prerequisite. I've configured vtk3.2 on a linux machine
using the following switches:

./configure  --with-mesa --with-tcl --with-shared --with-patented
--with-contrib --with-tkwidgets --with-python

There is a vtkTkRenderWidget.o in the ./graphics subdirectory but no
vtkTkRenderWidget.so   :-(

Any hints what I am doing wrong?
