[vtkusers] SetSize and SetPosition

Dear Sirs,

I have an application linked with VTK2.4 in which I use
SetSize and SetPosition to control the location, width and
height of the VTK rendering window.

In order to run under Windows2000, I switched to VTK3.2 in
which those functions disappeared.

Does one on you know how I could replace the SetSize and SetPosition
functions using VTK3.2 ?
