[vtkusers] About MFC/VTK

Dear all:

I am a graduate student. Recently, one of my projects required me to write a
VC++/SDI(Single Document Interface) application with VTK. I am just a new
VTK user. Do anyone can tell me the web sites where have useful tutorials
and information about implementing VTK on VC++/SDI? Thanks for your help.
