[vtkusers] Limited number of vtkTkImageViewerWidgets under vtk3.2 and win2k

To be a little more accurate, this also happens with
vtkTkImageWindowWidgets, with vtkTkRenderWidgets or with a combination of
the 3.

Any idea where the problem lies ?
