[vtkusers] how to build vtkTkRenderWidget.dll?

my experience is that the instructions that came with vtk3.2 are not correct.  Do not go into vtkdll
to run nmake.  Too many things end up not building in that situation.

Instead, run nmake from the parent directory of vtkdll.  That should build EVERYTHING within your vtk
object/bin directory.

I'm trying to compile VTK3.2 on Windows 2000 with VC 6. I followed the
instructions came with the VTK source, but I didn't get the
vtkTkRenderWidget.dll. Can anyone tell me what I should do after running
pcmaker.exe?
