[vtkusers] RV: Compile vtkTclUtil

Hi everybody,

I'm a newbie. I would like to use vtk in C++ with an interface in Tk.
I've read in a message that I can use vtkTclUtil class but I don't know
how I can compile it. This class is not included in the config makefile
by default. Could someone of you give me the steps to do that?
