[vtkusers] Basic problem while installing

hi folks,
       I am getting following error message while loading vtktsl.dll in
wish82 
                                " couldn't load file "vtktcl": invalid
argument "
       I removed all vtk related binaries and reinstalled new version of
vtk3.2 and tcl/tk8.2.3 from the CD.Can anybody suggest how to overcome this
problem.
