[vtkusers] wxWindows and VTK

check out the wxVTK web page for some code that creates a wxWindow that you can put a
vtkRenderWindow in http://home.cwru.edu/~bat5/wxvtk.html.  I have created another version
based on Brian's work that allows the wxWindow to act as a vtkRenderWindowInteractor (actually
the wxVTKWindow inherits from both wxScrolledWindow and vtkRenderWindowInteractor) that I sent
to Brian to check out.  This newer version responds to mouse and keyboard events via vtk's V3
vtkRenderWindowInteractorStyle design.  I know that what I did works for wxMotif, and I hope
that it would work for wxWin and wxGTK, but I can't test it.  Email me if you'd like to see
what I've got so far (GPL'd of course).
