[vtkusers] Dependency vtkExtent.h not found

[Charles Law]

vtkExtent.h was obsolete.

I fixed vtkPolyDataCollector to work with the new VTK.  I changed its name 
to vtkPolyDataStreamer and put it into graphics.

The example that demonstrates its functionality is:
vtk/graphics/examplesTcl/StreamPolyData.tcl
