[vtkusers] vtkProgrammablePointSource & C++

Has anyone got an example of using vtkProgrammablePointSource in C++?
I looked at the tcl example –
vtk/contrib./examplesTcl/reconstructSurface.tcl but I am at a loss as to how
to implement a function like readPoints in C++.
