[vtkusers] VTK 3.1 with redhat 7.0

Hello dear users,

	Finally, I've got to compile VTK 3.1 with redhat 7.0 and Mesa 3.3.

	I couldn't do it with Tcl/Tk 8.0.5, but I installed 8.2.3, and it
worked fine.

	To compile it with Mesa 3.3, I had to configure --with-opengl (or
simply whithout the mesa option).
