TkRenderWidget Interaction

Can someone point me toward an example of using the TkRenderWidget with 
Camera and Actor modes.

The bindings in the /graphics/examplesTcl/TkInteractor.tcl don't include 
Camera Mode, Actor Mode, Trackball mode etc.  Also the zoom is a little bit 
funny - not quite the same as a regular RenderInteractor zoom.

Is it possible to use a vtkRenderWindowInteractor with the TkRenderWidget ?
