[vtkusers] vtk.h file in nightly release

hi,
I was using the nightly release and found that

in vtk.h file the includes for vtkGraphics.h,vtkContrib.h ,vtkPatented.h and 
vtkImaging.h  have the wrong path.I was encountering some problems due to 
this.

and also the respective .h files donot seem to include all the classes
for eample vtkMultiprocessController.h etc.

Can some clarify.
