[vtkusers] Uncaught exception: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no OCFPCSC1 in java.library.

Hi,

I want to know,where we should put the OCFPCS1.class,as to get away
with the above error.

At present it is at jdk1.2\jre\lib\OCFPCS1.class
