[vtkusers] Structured Data file for Tensors

I tried to create a Structured_Points data file for Tensors, but apparently
something is wrong in my format. I would appreciate if you could tell me
where I am wrong?

Following is my file's header

followed by tensors, i.e. 589824 3x3 matrices stored as shown below:
