vtkHedgeHog questions

Two questions about vtkHedgeHog.

First, this module doesn't operate at all if the vectors are associated
with CellData.  Is there a technical reason why this is the case?  Or is
it just unimplemented?

Also, I'm working with CFD data.  Is there a way in VTK to draw 3D arrows
for a vector field?  Hedgehog seems to draw only directionless lines.
