vtkContourFilter w/ vtkScalarTree

Hello all,

I'm having a problem using vtkContourFilter on unstructured grids.  If I
turn on UseScalarTree, my program crashes, apparently trying to get an
invalid cell id.  If I turn off the scalar tree, it works fine.  This only
happens for some of my larger datasets.  Is this a known problem?  I can
send a stack trace, or I can make available some unstructured grid data in
VTK format that causes a crash.

This happens under both Windows NT (Intergraph TDZ 2000 w/ RealiZm II graphics
card) and Solaris 2.7 (Ultra 60 w/ Creator3D).
