Nightly : ImageReader Bugs

vtkBMPReader and vtkTIFFReader (and probably any other ImageReader
subclasses) have a problem if Update() is called when the filename is = "";

result is
1) Error can't load file
2) Error : GetExtentMemorySize : can't determine Scalar Type
3) Error : Attempt to allocat scalars before type was set
4) Access Violation in AttributeData GetVoidPointer

(This did not appear overnight).

Also. BMPReader (when supplied with good file name (256 colour) produces
image with desired contents, but colour table mangled. - possibly RGB as
BGR or some combination.

Good news. Although last night's nightly had a health warning, I downloaded
it and pinched just the new subdivision filters. They're wonderful. Terrain
data passed through Butterfly filter with iterations 3 was just splendid.
