[nightly] Ooops, what happened to GetRenderLibrary ?

 - VTK 3.0.0 (rev: 1.322, 1999/11/02 01:06:27)
 
There is only a GetRenderLibrary in vtkGraphicsFactory, BUT, this simple
script fails :

# test
catch {load vtktcl}
vtkGraphicsFactory factory
