[nightly] Ooops, what happened to GetRenderLibrary ?

<x-flowed>I added back in the old GetRenderLibrary call in RenderWindow.
It actually delegates to vtkGraphicsFactory.
It returns a const char instead of just char but otherwise it is
the same. So it should work between 2.* and 3.*
