vtkScalarBarActor problem

[Gala'Vi and Liss @ Mainframe Country]

When you resize the window the size of the bar changes. Well that's fine,
but sometimes it doesn't rescale itself correctly. Like you make the
window huge and the scalar bar becomes tiny or disappears completely
sometimes. Or you make the window tiny and the scalar bar takes up all 
of the screen. That is not the behavior that you would expect really if
the scaling was going right. Did I just hit a VTK bug or something?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
