STL->IGES

Hello,

I exported a model as STL file, but it could not be opened by AUTOCAD
or Pro/E.  I am just wondering that anybody knows how can I convert 
STL file to IGES or any other files?

I have downloaded a software called BiDirection IGES/STL, but it needs
unlock code, I registered, but I haven't got the unlock code yet.:(
