Motif/Lesstif Pg

Dear list members,

I am using Lesstif trying to get the "XMace" example to run
(graphics/examplesCxx/XMace.cpp), compiling and linking with the Motif
1.2 compliant library is OK. When I try to run it I always get the error

"Attempt to add non-widget child "DropSiteManager" to parent "XMace"
which supports only widgets".
Has anybody experienced this problem when using genuine Motif ? Any
suggestions how to modify the example's code ?
