DLL librarys for TCL in VTK 2.3

Hello !!

I'm trying to rebuild dll library for tcl in windows 95 that including
patented algorithmics . When I execute the make command I return one
error, the text of error say :
" TK80.LIB contains invalid OMF record, type 0x21 "
error 2 : deleting vtktcl.dll

I don't know how to solve this and I need this library.
Does anybody can help me?
