[vtk-developers] Remote Module vs External Project

Thanks, Bill.  I've already taken a look at PoissonReconstruction
and have a local branch where I'm working on the necessary
vtkDICOM changes.

I already have it building against an existing VTK 8.9 build,
(i.e. not as a VTK module) but wrapping is a challenge.
