[vtk-developers] Doxygen macro

Just to close the loop on this:

We merged a patch that predefines DOXYGEN_SHOULD_SKIP_THIS for doxygen.

We also modified the doxyfile so that doxygen sees the true vtkDataArray
hierarchy.

classvtkFloatArray.html
New doxygen: https://www.vtk.org/doc/nightly/html/classvtkFloatArray.html
