[vtk-developers] kwrobot unresponsiveness and 'topic is missing checks' errors

Hi all,

The Gitlab update yesterday caused the robot to no longer get events from
gitlab.  This is why the robot was nonresponsive from yesterday afternoon
until this morning when it was fixed.  If your topic was updated during
that time, the robot never ran the automatic checks since it didn't get the
notification about the update.  Before you can merge a topic in this state
you need to manually tell the robot to run the checks (Do: check).
