[vtk-developers] Add missing override warnings to gitlab builds...?

Hi all,

Could we add -Winconsistent-missing-destructor-override to one of the clang bots that builds on gitlab?  (Maybe bigmac, if its clang supports that flag.) It would hopefully prevent warnings from making it to nightly bots, ex:
