[vtk-developers] merge requests for vtkCutter

We often use the ParaView Slice View to visualize a vtStructuredGrid. I
profiled changing the slice position and found two small changes that
improve the response time. I submitted both as merge requests (
https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/merge_requests/878
https://gitlab.kitware.com/vtk/vtk/merge_requests/879 ). Both include
small examples showing the improvement.
