Currently, the VTK wrappers need the superclasses of all wrapped classes to
also be wrapped, that's how they handle method inheritance.  Changes would
be needed in order to wrap just the concrete subclasses classes.  It's best
not to touch this issue until the bounding box issue is fixed, suffice it
to say that there are ways it can be done but it's not trivial.
