[vtk-developers] VTK module system uplift to CMake 3.0 features

Hi Sean,

I just noticed this. I personally don't have any objections to removing
support for these older compilers but I recommend starting a thread on the
VTK and VTK developers list if you are interested in moving this forward.
This shouldn't be decided without community support.
