[vtk-developers] Dashboard warning vtkStructuredData.h

Also, most of the red and yellow on the dashboard should be cleaned up once
that topic lands. There were some issues that gerrit didn't catch, and the
holidays have delayed these fixes going in.

Bear with me, folks, we'll have it green again soon ;-)
