FYI, in Fedora/RHEL, -devel packages are supposed to Requires their
non-devel counterpart (-devel .so symlinks would be broken otherwise).
Nicholas also mentioned that it's still not being detected even with it
installed.

Nicholas: have you tried setting the Xt-related variables manually in
ccmake? What version of CMake are you using?
