[vtk-developers] File removed?

The VTK wiki examples dashboard now produces a build error (as of all
the attempted builds since Dec. 6th):

vtkwikiexamples\Cxx\Visualization\Shadows.cxx(37) : fatal error C1083:
Cannot open include file: 'vtkShadowMapBakerPass.h': No such file or
directory

Was the file intentionally removed?

(This is on a machine running VS 2013, Ninja generator, OpenGL2 backend.)
