[vtk-developers] VTK without testing

Snakeman, AKA Spiderman,

OK, so my build from the command line with testing disabled works. I get a
slightly different result:
 ../CMake-linux/bin/ctest
*********************************
No test configuration file found!
*********************************

Now I can move on to the Examples issues.
