[vtk-developers] TestWindBladeReader fails on BigEndian

The WindBlade reader is not a widely used format. I think for now the best
thing to do is to disable it for big endian machines and when it gets fixed
to re-enable it then.

I'm out of town next week but I'll get to it the next week if no one beats
me to it...
