[vtk-developers] TestWindBladeReader fails on BigEndian

I took a very quick look at the wind blade reader. It seems the bulk
data is binary and there is no byte swapping as far as I can tell.
So, it might be a big effort to support BigEndian machines. If it is
not critical to support these machines, we could exclude it from
BigEndian systems.

Is this a widely used format?
