[vtk-developers] vtkOpenFOAMReader is untested

Londinium isn't running vtkIOGeometryCxx-TestWindBladeReader or
vtkIOMPIParallelCxx-TestPWindBladeReader so I'm guessing somewhere
VTK_USE_LARGE_DATA isn't working properly to enable those tests. Any ideas?
I worked on several of those readers and I'd hate to be labeled a chronic
non-tester :)
