[vtk-developers] vtkOpenFOAMReader is untested

The coverage submissions do have VTK_USE_LARGE_DATA=ON and do do the large
data dependent tests.

The control flags changed a bit when we went to ExternalData after 6.0. The
the default now, assuming your dashboard script includes vtk_common.cmake,
is to have VTK_USE_LARGE_DATA ON. The control <= 6.0 was setting the
VTK_LARGE_DATA_ROOT directory.
