Hi Folks,

What do you think of backporting from current VTK master to 5.10.x the
following commits:

ce1e7cdb Fix regression when using Windows XP with QVTKWidget.

0e50e39 Prevent capturing selection buffer for the cached image

0db6e8bf Callback was not removed when object was destroyed.

7f2e2f5f0 Add support for more keyboard keys in QVTKInteractorAdapter

Optionally:

  58687b5 Speed-up vtkObject::InvokeEvent()
