[vtk-developers] Modularization, Context2D and Tcl

To provide more details:

 Slicer3: The meshing module is using vtk3DWidget. The probability of
changing the version of VTK associated with Slicer3 is closed to zero.

  Slicer4: No widget are derived from vtk3DWidget. The meshing module has
been removed will need work to be re-integrated if it happens.

As far as Slicer is concerned, it's a green light to rename this class.

If there are any other rename that would make VTK more consistent, easier
to maintain and understand. After discussing the change, I am sure we can
accommodate.
