[vtk-developers] vtk designer compilation problem

Hi all,
I'm trying to compile vtk designer 2 in windows with QT.
The how to file say's that i have to add libraries witch contains all *.so and *.lib in the vtk5 folder.
i have compiled vtk but i can't found these files.
where can i found them please??

How to text :
In this directory ensure that there are threesub-directories.     - ~/vtkdesigner2/VTK5/bin - Contains all .so/.dll files    - ~/vtkdesigner2/VTK5/include - Contains all vtk*.h files    - ~/vtkdesigner2/VTK5/lib - Contains all *.so/*.lib files
