[vtk-developers] Changing/Defining VTK's minimum Mac OS X requirements?

dashmacmini3, 4 and 5 have Mac OS X 10.5, 10.6 and 10.7 respectively.

Moving this dashboard to one of them would be reasonable. Probably the
10.5 is ideal, since that's the new minimum.
