[vtk-developers] OggTheora uninitialized variable: Debug dashboard problem

I ran a Debug dashboard on a Windows machine at home the other day, and I
got a dialog box like this when running the OggTheora test:

Does anybody here know the VTK Ogg code well enough to propose a fix for
this? Seems like some variable named "sb_full" is simply uninitialized...
