Summary:                    QVTKWidget does't invoke vtkCommand::ConfigureEvent
after resize
Description: 
Rendering/vtkWin32RenderWindowInteractor.cxx, line 543, there is an InvokeEvent
after new size.

GUISupport/Qt/QVTKInteractorAdapter.cxx, after line 71, there is nothing, so the
ConfigureEvent observer code does't called at all.
