Summary:                    Incorrect rendering with vtkImageResliceMapper after
vtkImageClip
Description: 
The vtkImageClip filter gives an output whose extent is larger than its whole
extent.  This confuses the vtkImageResliceMapper and seems to result in the
following behaviour:
1) when rendering is done to a polygon, the polygon shape is incorrect
2) when rendering to the whole viewport (without a polygon) no cropping is done
at all
