[vtk-developers] Valgrind defects are zero!

Folks,

For the first time in a long time (a least one defect was 6 years
old), we have zero valgrind defects!

Now we enter the Control phase of the process. Developers should
periodically check the dynamic analysis at the bottom of the daily
dashboard.  Since the count is 0, any new defects will be easily
noticed.
