[vtk-developers] Verry very old bug report

Of course this should not dissuade people from reporting bugs
or discussing them on the mailing lists... as they say, "with enough
eyes, all bugs are shallow". The more a bug has been discussed
and analyzed, the easier it will be to fix once the necessary incentive
has been provided.
